GP Team Challenge

GLM recently worked with GP Team Challenge to deliver an innovative training programme utilising the skills needed in Grand Prix Racing in the world of business. Part of the programme recreates pit stop style tyre changes to challenge teams against the clock.

The GPTC3 Contact Event provides the opportunity for a large number of participants to experience what it is like to really make contact with a GP Team Challenge racing car, and work in an environment that is likely to be virtually unknown to them. It engages people in a dynamic development programme designed to push the boundaries of leadership, communication and performance to gain competitive advantage. It is a tiered programme of business challenges focussed on achieving the competitive advantage that comes from high performing teams.
